Striking the right balance between rapid iteration and long-term feature quality can feel like an impossible task. In this session, we'll explore how to move fast without breaking things, and delve into the art of "productionising" experimental code.

The session will navigate the entire lifecycle of experimentation from an Android engineers perspective. You'll learn how to work with your data team to design high-quality experiments with tight feedback loops and how to effectively roll them out - whether that involves making new behaviour permanent or cleaning up the mess. This session offers practical insights for engineering teams looking to innovate quickly while maintaining a robust production environment.
